FeatherDanse is not allowed by recent city zoning ordinance to operate as a Bed and Breakfast Business. No short term accommodations (Bed and Breakfasts, vacation home rentals, hospices or boarding houses) are legal in Las Vegas or within the 8000 Square Miles of Clark County making the entire region surrounding Las Vegas - B&B, Hospice and Vacation Rental Unfriendly. This zoning ordinance essentially constrains Las Vegas visitors to stay only at Casino Hotels or Corporate Hotels.
There are no Laws as of YET constitutional or otherwise preventing Friends from staying with Friends and, while you still have that choice, you are welcome to become a friend of FeatherDanse and stay with us during your visit.
